Looking for PERSONAL ASSISTANT & ADMIN

**Responsibilities**
- Works closely and effectively with the director to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Coordinate the schedule of director, ensuring that meetings, deadlines, presentations and other duties are carried out seamlessly.
- Make travel arrangements for director, coordinating flights, accommodations and other itinerary specifics.
- Field phone calls, takes requests for meetings and coordinates various aspects of interdepartmental communication as necessary.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Director's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.

**Job Requirements**
- Required skill(s): independent, willing to travel, communication skill, presentation, multi task.
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely, in both verbal and written, with stakeholders of all levels both internally and externally.
- Advanced level computer skills in a range of packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom and Google Workplace.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to handle sensitive business communications, data and other information with professionalism confidentiality and discretion, both internally and externally.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills, ability to prioritize daily workload.
- Experience in general administration experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary or Office Manager will be an added advantage.

Job Location: Desa Sri Hartamas, KL

**Salary**: From RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:
