We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working line and communication.

**Responsibilities**:
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
Booking and arranging travel and accommodation
Organising Events and Conferences meeting
Take dictation and minutes
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Managing databases and filing systems
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Collating and filing expenses

Key Skills for PA
Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
Flexibility and adaptability
Good oral and written communication skills
Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
Tact and diplomacy
Communication skills

**Requirements**:
SPM, Diploma or certification Business Admin, Secretary would be considered.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
MS Office and English proficiency
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
