Personal Assistant to Director

The Personal Assistant (PA) to a Director is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Director, managing a wide range of administrative tasks, scheduling commitments, and personal duties as required. The PA acts as the first point of contact, managing communication and appointments with stakeholders, organizing meetings, and ensuring the Director's day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role demands a high level of discretion, as the PA will often handle sensitive information.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Diary and Schedule Management**: Organize and maintain the Director's diary, prioritize appointments, and ensure the Director is well-prepared for meetings.
- **Document Preparation and Management**: Prepare, organize, and manage documents required by the Director, including reports, presentations, and briefs.
- **Meeting and Event Coordination**: Arrange meetings and events, including logistics, venues, and catering, and take minutes during meetings as needed.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Plan and book travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring the Director's travel needs are efficiently managed.
- **Personal Tasks**: Assist with personal tasks as requested by the Director, which may include personal shopping, family-related errands, or managing household staff.
- **Project and Task Management**: Take on specific projects or tasks as directed by the Director, ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes achieved.
- **Stakeholder Liaison**: Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and confidentiality.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in drafting correspondence and documents.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and tasks, with the ability to work outside of standard office hours if necessary.
- High level of professionalism and the ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor.
- Possess own transport.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
