**Salary**

RM3000.00 - RM4000.00 (Depending On Experience)

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the Director.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for meetings and presentations.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and follow-up actions.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, and executive meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and expense tracking.
- Assist in Company’s sales support as when required from time to time.
- Anticipate the needs of the Director and proactively address any administrative matters as when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Pleasant personality with the ability to deal with any levels of teams in the Company.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- **MUST** be able to converse in **English** whether it is written or spoken. Those with **Mandarin** proficiency would be an added advantage
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a willingness to take initiative.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
