**Requirements**
- A diploma or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English
- Chinese race only

**Responsibility**

1. Assist in scheduling and managing daily agendas, including meetings, itinerary bookings, and ensuring efficient time management.

3. Assist in organizing business travels, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements.

4. Responsible for document management and file maintenance, ensuring the security and accessibility of essential documents.

5. Aid in preparing meetings and events, including the preparation of meeting materials, venue reservations, and catering arrangements.

6. Handle personal affairs, such as shopping, gift procurement, and family daily arrangements.

7. Assist in managing daily family and personal expenses, including budgeting and expense tracking.

8. Assist in ad-hoc projects, research, and initiatives as requested by the director.
