Maintenance Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with contractor/designer/IT support during renovation/ new outlet setup.
- To chase quotation/ drawing from contractor/Designer for repairing work, renovation or projects
- Site monitoring during renovation & timeline planning.
- Provide support & attend for new lot takeover & mall inspection.
- Liaising with mall fit out department on renovation issue.
- Preparing necessary documentation for contractor & supplier.
- Coordination between relevant department & parties on the renovation timeline status.
- Oversee work schedules & deadlines to ensure projects are completed on time
- Preparing renovation budget cost for new & revamp outlet for approval.
- Cost negotiation to ensure work within budget or lower.
- Respond and report appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues from outlet operations.
- To monitor & review weekly maintenance report
- To coordinate with supplier/ contractor for conducting any servicing or repair works at the outlet
- To follow up with Outlet Person In Charge after make arrangement or work done from supplier/ Contractor
- To follow up on the servicing or repairing works
- To coordinate with the Outlet Person In Charge if repairing work/ defects (by contractor) need staff to standby at night
- Survey new contractor & supplier
- Responsible for renewal business license and fire extinguisher license (Office & All outlets)
- Responsible for staff hostel, utilities bill, maintenance, equipment, spot check
- Responsible for Finance team administration works i.e. key in invoice to accounting systems, filing
- Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time by the superior/ Management.

**Requirements**:

- 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experience in Food & Beverage/ Retail Industry is an added advantage.
- A valuable team player and able to work independently.
- Proactive problem solving, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Able to communicate and coordinate with vendors to execute any projects/task given.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Warm and cheerful personality; energetic and highly motivated

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
