**Responsibilities**
- Handling general Human Resouces duties including manpower planning, recruitment, payroll, training & development.
- Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, absences, supervisory report on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
- Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting and printing information; organizing work; answering phone calls and relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Assists in the development and implementation of HR support and to monitor activities and completion of goals.
- Update Job Description for all positions in the company when it is needed or upon request.
- Responsible for keeping all HR related documents confidentially.
- General documentation, filing and data entry.
- To undertake other related jobs as directed by the superior from time to time.
- Maintain 5S, good housekeeping and discipline, foster a conducive and effective working environment.
- To ensure compliance to the company's ISO9001 Standards and Quality Management System at all times
- Perform other duties as and when assigned or requested.

**Requirement**
- Must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, integration and interpersonal skills.
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
- Able to coordinate and negotiate with all level of staffs.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
- Basic knowledge MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point) and payroll calculation method.
- Could speak and write in Bahasa Melayu, English or Mandarin fluently.
- Fresh-graduate are welcome.
- Full-Time position.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
