**1.** **Job Purpose & Scope**
To assists with the administration of the day-to-day HR operations and duties. Also carries out responsibilities in some or all the following functional areas: day to day office administrations functions, canteen management, office cleaning management, Events & activities, attend to HR daily functions as needed. In charge with uniforms, office stationaries and facility, asset management and other task as required. Timely administer activities in reference to training, foreign workers & the relevant suppliers and government offices and industrial relations matters.
**2. Key Result Areas**
- Administer foreign worker matters
- Administer employee’s relation related matters
- Administer industrial’s relations related matters
- Administer office administration and attending to any in house issues
- Administer Department’s QMS - ISO 9001
- Cultivating RW values and cultures with training & development
- Assist HR Manager task as and when required.
- Strengthen ties between HR, management and all staff
- Increase employees’ performance and reduced employees’ grievances and disciplinary issues
**3.** **Key Responsibilities & Job Content**
- Employee welfare & Employee Relation.
- Liaison with various staff and managers to identify needs and develop engagement programme.
- Taking initiatives to arrange engage employee at their work
- Taking annually survery in order to understand sufficient employee engagement activiites are carried out at factory
- Planning and executing bia monthly events for employees
- Develop, implement, and maintain human resource policies and procedures in order to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of employees throughout the organization.
- Able to provide support and advice to Department Heads to ensure speedy redressal of grievances or disciplinary issues.
- Advise and consult with departmental managers in respect of any disciplinary matter; and assist managers to ensure appropriate documentation is maintained in employees’ personal files
- Administer employees disciplinary, employment related legal matters, union matters, employee handbook and etc.
- Ensuring foreign workers working permits and passports are valid.
- Administer and ensure all activities related to employee relations run smoothly; foreign worker matters, staff’s welfare, uniforms, employee engagement events, HR notice board and memo.
- Administer government legal matters and liaise with government related agencies, local authorities and etc.
- Any other related HR matters.
**4. Professional Skills & Personal Competencies**
- Minimum Diploma HR /business related degree
- 3 + years’ experience ideally within companies/industries which are suitable for the role e.g. **HR Partner in recruitment, industrial relation and employee welfare, foreign workers,** where they have driven changes effectively
- Good knowledge in Employment Act, HR Policies and Procedures, etc.
- Written and spoken English Language to a high professional business level
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
