**JOB PURPOSE**:

- Execute the HR administration related functions including HR system and budget for MMASB/ALAM ensuring compliance to labour and statutory requirements, relevant laws and company’s policies & procedures.
- Coordinate, monitor and administer MMASB/ALAM’s recruitment activities to ensure the effective employment of adequate, competent and quality personnel to meet the business and operational needs.
- Administer the execution of learning and development and career development initiatives in support of the MMASB/ALAM’s business needs for competent and capable workforce.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Plan and manage special/ad-hoc initiatives/projects relating to HR and transformation management to ensure continuous improvement for HR system and administration.
- Prepare monthly manpower and vacancy listing reports for accurate reporting to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct research on HRM issues and in particular to IR development to keep abreast with matters pertaining to staff code of conduct and discipline to ensure the Company’s IR actions are in line with the applicable labour and employment laws and the Company’s policies, rules and regulations.
- Gather evidence and analyse investigation information of reported disciplinary cases and misconduct of staff in order to provide the said information to the Superior for evaluation to determine the validity of the complaint.
- Plan, manage and coordinate departments’ recruitment needs by identifying the sourcing channels i.e. advertisement in the media, via recruitment agencies, etc. for all vacant positions to attract potential talents.
- Initiate preliminary negotiation with potential talents on salary and terms and conditions to ensure the package offered is within MMASB/ALAM’s salary range and are acceptable by the incumbents.
- Administer end-to-end coordination of training programs. Track and monitor the training budget utilisation to ensure availability of training budget to support employees’ learning and development.
- Organise the HR Development Committee (HRDC) meeting. Prepare the HR Development Committee (HRDC) agenda, proposal, content, minutes and work on action items as agreed by the Committee and Chairman of the Committee. Ensure timely issuance of letters/correspondences in line with the relevant management’s decision to ensure accuracy and right execution of decisions.
- Ensure timely creation and/or update of SAP Organization Management (OM) module according to the approved organization review proposals.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
