Non-executive HR Operations and Administration

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Create and maintain proper filing system in compliance to the Document and Records Management System (DRMS) ensuring ease of retrieval and reference.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely and consistent service delivery.
- Assist with HR Development Council (HRDC) meeting and new employee induction program administration for smooth running of meetings and programs i.e. compile documents for meeting packs, logistics arrangement, etc.
- Track utilization of recruitment budget to ensure expenses are within approved budget.
**EXPERIENCE**:
- At least 5 years of related working experience in relevant HR and/or administrative experience, preferably with working knowledge in SAP Payroll module or related HR software.
**QUALIFICATION**:
- Diploma or certificate in human resources, business administration/ management, finance/accounting or any other related field or
- SPM with credit in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematics.
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
