**A. JOB SUMMARY**

**Assist Human Resources Manager in**:

- Manpower planning for Philea Resort & Spa
- Recruitment, Interview & Selection Process for Local & Foreign Worker
- Matters of employee welfare, hostel, locker & Cafeteria
- Compensation and Benefits
- Resolving any HR/employee disciplinary issue

**B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure manning provided as planned and monitor the manning cost within budget.
- Arrange recruitment advertisement to either internally or externally through press or online service.
- Responsible of recruitment, interview & selection process for M3 and below.
- Conduct exit interview for associates as stipulated above.
- Ensure payroll compliance with the Government regulations including responding to surveys.

7. Ensure all HR related letters such as appointment letter, confirmation letter, promotion and increment letter, etc done accordingly.

8. Carry out the mid-year and year-end employee performance appraisal.

9. Ensure the salary offered and increment within the approved Salary Structure.

10. Ensure payroll computation is on time and comply with Employment Act.

11. Ensure the statutory contribution is submitted to respective bodies on time.

12. Ensure the yearly statutory such as EA and E Form submitted before the dateline.

13. Ensure all reports that are requested by Acor submitted before the dateline.

14. Organize and co-ordinate staff birthday gathering on monthly basis.

15. Carry out the nomination for best employee & supervisor monthly & yearly.

16. Coordinate reward to be given to the best employee & supervisor.

17. Responsible for sourcing hostel for associates and associates placement.

18. Ensure rental, utilities bills for associates’ hostels are paid.

19. Ensure rental, utilities bills for hostels are up to date.

20. Ensure spot check carried out as schedule.

21. Ensure associates locker system is in place for all associates.

22. To ensure sufficient food is provided at associate’s cafeteria.

23. Responsible for training of HR staff recruitment / payroll computation.

24. Responsible for proper implementation of HR system and procedures.

25. To continuously improve on the HR System as a friendly and useful for Managers.

26. And any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,980.76 - RM8,846.78 per month
