Job responsibilities:

- Act as primary point of contact between company and key customers, implement plans aimed at business retention
- Inspired all outlets sales to grow and develop individual sales goals that increased average pool of client
- Understand and keep track of changing key customer needs and business environments to ensure the most appropriate support is provided to fulfil key customers’ needs and the information is used to attract customers
- To liaise with internal department to maximize sales opportunities.
- To drive and execute sales strategies & plans for outlets, to ensure sales performance and effort targets are met monthly, quarterly and annually
- Maintain positive relationship with local customers, clients visiting and engaging them in high-level negotiations
- Create and deliver professional presentations on company profile for both current and potential clients
- Follow-up & resolve customer queries, complaints and issues quickly and effectively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with Marketing Department in all marketing promotions, marketing roadshows, event in order to generate sales
- Work closely with Marketing Dept to promote company image and product branding on the target market
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure continuing contracts/services
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies to improve sales
- Writing up detailed sales reports and presenting these to the CEO, Director Operation & Operation Manager.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
