**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Stakeholder Management**:
Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
Manage and resolve conflicts effectively to keep projects on track.
- **Requirement Gathering and Analysis**:
Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Work closely with development teams to ensure the implementation aligns with business needs.
- **Project Coordination**:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and any changes to the plan.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
Prepare clear and detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
Generate reports and dashboards to track project performance and outcomes.
- **Insurance Domain Expertise**:
Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide insights and recommendations.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
Advocate for best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance sector.
- **Domain Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of insurance products, services, and regulatory environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Demonstrated ability to manage relationships and expectations across various levels of stakeholders.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- **Technical Acumen**: Familiarity with software development processes and experience in working with development teams.
- **Location**: Willingness to work onsite at Selangor.
- **Notice Period**: Available to join within 30 days.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
