**Primary Objective**:
To manage a commercial loans portfolio which shall include soliciting new assets, liabilities (both commercial and Islamic), transaction banking businesses, managing the overall account profitability, monitoring of asset quality and collaboration/cross referrals of Group Community/Group Wholesale products

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Market for new Commercial loans and grow the existing Commercial portfolio.
- Source new Commercial loans under Islamic financing through active marketing activities.
- Ensure all new/incremental deals are processed and submitted in timely manner within the specified turnaround time for approval/acceptance/drawdown;
- Maintain good relationship with existing Commercial clients;
- Task to hunt/capture for any opportunities/leads of new customers in the market;
- Work closely with Trade/Transaction Banking and Treasury on utilization of facilities.
- Grow new and incremental CASA and non-CASA Deposits, and other ancillary businesses.
- Source for Islamic deposits in order to meet deposit targets.
- Housekeeping and relationship management.
- Actively manage existing Commercial portfolio and ensure that all accounts are reviewed in timely manner (zero overdue reviews).
- Manage EWS, EAM and Watch List Accounts;
- Monitor conduct of accounts (including covenants imposed), ensure fair share of business and prompt payment facilities;
- Process and attend to all variations / adhoc / other requests from Commercial customers in timely manner.

Timely submission of all reports to be done by Commercial Banking.
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - Degree / MBA / Professional qualifiers in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines.
- CCP/BCP/ACCA or other professional qualifications
- Minimum 8 - 10 years working experience in credit with exposure to commercial / corporate including credit processing, evaluation and appraisal
- Possess strong credit writing and financial/industry analytical skills
- Degree / Professional qualifications in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
- CCP/Omega and/or other professional qualifications
- Good contacts/relevant working experience in team management (if applicable with added advantages)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel/Power Point
- Good Interpersonal/Communication/Management/Problem solving skills
