**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Maintain filling system and perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
- Invoicing and sales documentation.
- Handle invoice, quotation and purchase orders.
- Perform administrative clerical duties.
- Carry out any other responsibilities and when assigned by management.
- Responsible for the data entries in the system.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prepare and maintain a proper documentation of petty cash record and transactions.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time
- Attend to serving walk-in customers

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (e.g.: Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Willing to learn
- Dedicated and committed in performing the task given
- Able to commit at least 6 months of internship
- Must be able to work in Johor Jaya, Johor.

**SCHEDULE**:

- Monday to Friday 9 am - 6 pm
- Saturday 9 am - 1pm

**LANGUAGE**:Malay, English, Mandarin

**Job Types**: Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
