**責任與權力:-**
- 協調辦公室活動和運營,以確保效率並遵守公司政策。
- 就專案程序、紀律以及記錄和報告系統的應用向專案團隊成員提供建議和協助。
- 開發和維護專案庫、歸檔、記錄和報告系統。
- 協調所有報告的製作並製作專案摘要報告。
- 協助召開專案會議並記錄會議記錄。
- 在管理階層和 SATFF 之間傳達相關訊息。
- 監控專案的所有進展,保持專案同步並向前推進。
- 分析專案數據並產生進度報告。
- 回應客戶的來電、電子郵件和詢問。
- 保留辦公用品和項目現場工程用品的庫存,並在必要時下訂單。

**學歷 :-**
- 候選人必須至少擁有 SPM、STPM、文憑或行政/商業管理學位或同等學歷。

**經驗 :-**
- 至少 1 年或作為行政助理或協調員等履行行政職責的工作經驗。

**技能:-**
- 謹慎並能夠處理私人和機密資訊。
- 較強的人際溝通和溝通能力。
- 具有良好的工作知識並熟練 MICROSOFT OFFICE(如 WORD、EXCEL、POWER POINT 或 AUTOCAD 等軟體或與計劃圖同等的軟體)是額外的優勢。
- 靈活、輕鬆適應變化並輕鬆應對各個層面。
- 擁有積極良好的工作態度,勤奮,有團隊精神,能聽從指示。
- 可以處理管理層或上級分配的臨時任務。
