1. To perform clerical duties and maintain filing systems with good organization.

2. Updating customer details

3. Creating and sending invoices and statements to customers.

4. Assist the admin department with all admin activities such as stock management sales process (from issuing DO/Invoice to delivery)

5. Record, analyse, report and administer sales activities according to systems and requirements.

6. Tracking payments

7. Coordinate with salesperson and warehouse department

8. To ensure that acknowledgement copies of sales orders and delivery notes are duly returned by the customers & properly filed

9. Well-versed in **Autocount** software.
