Johor Bahru, Malaysia Premier Plus Property Sdn Bhd Full time

**Handle Project Documentation**:

- Assist with planning, from start until end of the project
- Prepare Letter and distribute project materials
- Coordinate with architecture, engineering and quantity surveyor of project in-charge
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project timelines.
- Assist in tracking project budgets and expenses.
- Coordinate with finance and procurement teams to process invoices and purchase orders related to the project.
- Assist in resource allocation and tracking to ensure that project teams have the necessary tools, equipment, and support.
- Coordinate with various departments to secure resources required for project execution

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a project management environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
