Co-Founder’s Forewords

Simple Group started in July 2020 and have since served more than 100 clients, organized more than 10 trade fairs, and have completed more than 500 business matchings. We have also been featured in more than 50 media and forged partnerships with more than 80 partner associations and companies in the region. Our international footprints also include Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Korea, Australia and China.

In the next bound, Simple Group focus shall be on re-inventing our technical competencies to use data-driven approach towards perfecting our Simple Group Dealmaking Desk methodology in pushing forward cross-border opportunities, strengthening efforts to better serve International Trade Fairs through Simple Group Virtual Trade Fair suite of services, and charting our 2024 roadmap for Simple Group Events that serves Singapore enterprises in venturing overseas through participation in International Trade Fairs and high quality Business Matchings.

- Job Title**:Quality Compliance Associate**

Job Overview

As a Quality Compliance Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our operations and events meet regulatory standards, industry best practices, and customer expectations. You will work closely with various teams to implement and maintain quality management systems, monitor compliance with relevant regulations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description and Responsibilities
- Work closely with Co-Founders and Vice Presidents of Simple Group to deliver Company Mission
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement robust quality management systems tailored to the company's needs and industry requirements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by staying abreast of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines related to event management, business solutions, and exhibition fairs across the Asia-Pacific region. Monitor compliance and proactively address any potential issues.
- Plan and execute internal audits, assessments, and inspections to evaluate compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures. Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address deficiencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality management systems, compliance activities, audit findings, corrective actions, and other relevant records.
- Collaborate with teams to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential risks and hazards associated with events and business operations. Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure appropriate measures are in place to minimize risks.
- Handle all other ad-hoc administration tasks when assigned

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality management, compliance, or related roles, preferably in the events industry or a similar field an advantage
- Excellent work ethics and extraordinary curiosity to learn beyond current job scope
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software
- Good command of English
