**Company Overview**

As an important part of Reliance conglomerate, our client is in a formidable position in Global Polyester and Textile market, with uninterrupted supply of world class quality products ranging from PET, Resins, Fibres, Yarn & Fabrics. The extensive têxtile facility includes knitting, weaving, dyeing and finishing.
- **Location**: Kawasan Perindustrian Nilai
- **Salary**: up to RM3,300

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist in full spectrum of monthly payroll functions that includes payroll preparation and processing with accurate and complete within timelines.
- To prepare Payroll Report, Monthly Headcount Report and other payroll related reports and submit as per scheduled timelines.
- Maintain and update employee database such as employee personal information, medical claims record, etc.
- To prepare all HR documentations required for new hire, confirmation, transfer, reminding and all HR related matters.
- To liaise with departments on payroll related queries.
- To prepare monthly statutory requirements, such as EPF, SOCSO, Income tax and HRDF and submit timely.
- **To travel to Government department for checking**:

- Handling of employee overtime claims and others allowances claims (meal, shift, etc).
- Generate daily attendance and maintain leave record for employee.

**Requirements**:
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
