We are looking for a person who is passionate, highly-motivated and committed individual to join our team.

We are a 36 year old environmental protection mechanical engineering company and are currently undertaking continuous projects and due to our business expansion, we are inviting you to join us as one of our dynamic team
Your Job Responsibilities:
- To assist in loading & unloading of goods from suppliers/transporters' truck, labelling & marking of Item Codes and Stock Codes
- To conduct monthly and yearly stock count
- To prepare weekly or monthly reports, inventory balance and inventory control reconciliation to Management and auditor
- To maintain overall good and safe condition, practise 5S and proper control and segregation for store
- To ensure all stocks are properly labelled
- To participate in requisitioning, expediting, receiving, inspecting, storing, distributing, and accounting for materials, supplies, tools, and equipments in store
- To manage product procurement and ensure stock levels are maintained at an efficient level
- To execute and monitor inventory system in control and minimize risk transaction variance
- To assist in processing and compiling related documents on sales and purchase orders
- To retrieving accurately based on "first in first out"
- To record all stock transaction in Accounting software by daily basis, justify monthly transaction documents and report the variance
- To handle Purchase Request and follow up with the Purchaser on the delivery time.
- To collect Stock Requisition from the production floors and arranging the required items and distribute to the requester.
- To attend weekly and monthly internal meeting
- To perform ad-hoc task assigned by superior and Management
Knowledge of driving forklift is a must.
- Able to work 5days a week (Mon to Fri from 8am to 6pm)

Work Experience Required, Other Attributes & Pre-requisites:
- Able to work under pressure and work independently.
- Able to work 5 days a week at Nilai,Negeri Sembilan. (Mon to Fri 8 am to 6pm)
