**Major Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

- Overseeing day to day operations and inventory management processes, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels, and optimizing inventory turnover
- Managing inventory levels and implementing inventory control measures to prevent stock outs, overstocking, and shrinkage ensuring adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and carrying cost
- Maintaining accurate inventory records through regular monitoring and tracking of stock levels
- Developing and implementing inventory policies, control procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy
- Manage and plan respective team duty roster to ensure sufficient manpower support daily operations
- Ensuring proper storage, labelling and handling of inventory items to prevent damage, cross contamination, spoilage, or lost
- Ensuring all equipment and facility are maintain and functioning well to support operations
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to FSQ, GWP, OSHA and SWA
- Ensuring the Quality Management System is implemented and maintained in accordance to its policy and objective that meets ISO9001:2000
- Optimizing inventory storage layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency and accessibility
- Utilizing SAP reports to monitor and identify open transaction, ensuring all outstanding transaction are complete on time
- Conducting regular audits or plant walk to verify people, equipment, facility and processes is compliance with established procedures
- Conducting monthly stock count to reconcile physical counts with system records and investigate any discrepancies to ensure accurate inventory holding
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to optimize inventory flow and minimize cost while meeting customer demand
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including management, suppliers, and other departments to ensure alignment and support organizational goals
- Assisting in identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction within inventory management function
- Oversees the training and development of Inventory Staff, supervising Inventory Staff, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Undertake any other task assigned by Superior

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Preferably to have diploma or equivalent in any field, preferably in logistics management
- Preferably to have 3 years of working experience in warehouse and Inventory related job

- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Familiar with SAP & knowledgeable in safety OSHA, GMP & HACCCP is an added advantage
- Good analytical skill

**Other Requirements**
- Able to work rotating shift
- Able to work on weekends and holidays
- Able to work in cold environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:
