Front Office Assistant

Job Description:
- 1) To Assist on daily task at Front Office Department
2) Hands on with role of cashiering, billing, GL Insurance and etc.
3) Ensure efficient and accurate billing at all times. To make sure all medical and pharmacy charges for patients are being charged correctly by respective department.
4) Obtain customer and guarantor signature on all forms and ensure all standard forms are completed with the required information.
5) Proper handling of all insurance cases and liaise with the Front Office Executive when necessary.
6) Any other related duties & responsibilities that may be directed by Management.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
