**Responsibilities**

**Admissions and T&P**
- Handle international prospective student eligibility checking
- Liaise with China encounter part, Education Counsellor and agents from other countries on student admission
- Handling admission process during marketing events
- Assist in issuing explanation letter to EMGS regarding applicant's results

**Other OAR (Office of Admission & Record) tasks**
- OAR counter service
- Support during major University events, including Convocation, Award Ceremony, Enrollment, etc
- Assist in data entry for new students during major campus intake
- Assist in TCMS setup every semester and system testing as and when required
- Attend new student orientation and handle new student enquiries
- Other appropriate tasks as directed by the Registrar and Assistant Registrar

The Admission and Record Office will participate in a variety of other administrative and

student support tasks that will help to facilitate the smooth running of the university and so

enhance the students' experience while studying at INTI.

**Qualifications**
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. **Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.**:

- Good communication skills in both written and oral (Malay, English and/or Mandarin language) with the ability to communicate and adapt to different communication styles at all levels.
- **Able to read, write and speak Mandarin as need to communicate with China counterparts and stakeholders.**:

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain focused.
