**Job responsibilities**:
To process and issue petty cash for departmental expenses.
To process overtime, commission claim, and other staff claims
Accountable for delivery order, temporary release order and gate pass.
To prepare the proforma invoice and seek approval
To prepare departmental stationery and first aid
To monitor departmental daily attendance
Perform other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
**Required language(s)**: Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience related to administration work
Analytical approach to problem-solving with strong attention to details
