Jobscope:

- To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering or bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and prequalification.
- To organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering or bidding activities.
- Manage the procurement portal for government related projects such as e-perolehan and to note down tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions or requirement, and mode of submission.
- Minimum error during tender submission.
- To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data, etc., which are needed for submission monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions.
- To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with tender requirements specialize in e-Perolehan.
- To ensure all company details such as Ministry of Finance Certificate, MOF Kod Bidang, Sijil Digital, local council business licenses, CIDB & SSM and etc is up to date.
- Communicate with SSM and MOF on any company related matters.
- To make sure that all company details in e-Perolehan is complete and updated from time to time.
- Liaise with Company Secretary for company registration.
- Responsible on registration company such as MOF, CIDB and other relevant government authorities.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management
- To provide a supportive role to the Manager / Assistant Manager in assisting the EUD's to procure the products and / or services as per their required Bil of Quantities / Specification / Work scope in daily operational matters.
- To ensure procurement process and SOP compliance
- To actively perform sourcing processes, adhere to schedules and deadlines, and complete the requisition and other necessary tasks.
- To review tender documentation, collaboration with cross-functional teams to establish evaluation criteria, and coordination of bid opening procedures (if any).
- To coordinate the formation of an evaluation team, ensuring comprehensive analysis of quantitative and qualitative bid data, risk assessment (if any), and compliance checks.
- To coordinate the financial feasibility assessment of the tender and ensure alignment with budget constraints.
- Drafting approval memos, presenting findings to decision-making bodies, and managing post
- approval activities such as contract award processes and negotiations.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of procurement is an added advantage.
- Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office.
- Independent, knowledgeable, organized &responsible.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
