We have an ongoing hiring for **Customer Success Specialist who can speak Mandarin, **for our BPO Partner located in Kuala Lumpur, George Town and Penang, Malaysia.
**Job Overview**
- Assisting customers via E-mail, chat, phone and other channels TBD at a high degree of quality
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch across all channels
- Demonstrating strong product, brand and industry knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered making them promoters of the brand
- Meet targets and requirements set by the client and management.
- Appropriate knowledge and information shared by the client and management team.
- Take the extra mile to engage with consumers
