A **Global Luxury Fitness Tech Company **on a mission to empower people to live healthier lives - We're looking for a passionate and results-oriented individual to join our team as a **Customer Success Specialist**.
**In this role, you'll bridge Sales and happy customers.** You'll handle digital inquiries and objections, ensuring smooth client conversions. You'll then step in as a key player in delivering solutions, including integration, onboarding, and education.
**Basically, you'll help us turn leads into raving fans**
**Here's what you'll do**:
- Support the Sales team with digital inquiries and objections
- Become an expert in our solutions and guide clients through integration, onboarding, and education
- Proactively gather client feedback and advocate for their needs
- Collaborate across departments to drive product improvements
- Develop partnerships for seamless integrations and exclusive offerings
- Ensure smooth client delivery and identify upselling opportunities
- Analyze programs and contribute ideas for digital development
**We're looking for someone with**:
- At least 3 years of customer-facing experience (customer success, account management, etc.) in the SAAS industry
- Knowledge of digital tools and fitness trends (a plus)
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A dependable and results-oriented attitude
- A passion for fitness and helping others succeed
