HR Executive

Prepare staff related letters including but not limited to appointment letters and other onboarding documents, confirmation letters, salary adjustments, shift adjustments, incentive letters, termination letters
- Ensure that HR documents and payments are submitted to relevant authorities on time
- Assist in staff related matters, such as staff loan, medical claims, medical leave, staff welfare
- Assist in employee communications efforts and ensure timely dissemination of relevant information to employees.
- Ensure that staff related documents are filed and kept appropriately for both physical and soft copy.
- Facilitate onboarding programme to enable the integration and engagement of new hires into the organisation and plan orientation programme for new joiners.
- Facilitate training program for staff
- Ensure that HR documentations are recorded and are complete
- Assist in streamlining HR processes and documentation
- Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
