**Vivo Malaysia is hiring Admin Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the point of contact between the respective departments and external parties
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Perform daily data analysis and document verifying
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Responsible for filing and sorting sales documentation in the timely and proper manner
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

**Job Requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Due to the nature of business)
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (On-Job training will be provided)
- Work on alternate Saturday half day
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion to learn are encouraged to apply
