Job Scope

**Key Result Areas/Deliverables**
- _Efficiently and appropriately handle customers’ queries and complaints._
- _Increase satisfaction levels with dissatisfied customers._
- _Provide efficient trafficking - When visitors arrive and people phone, a receptionist must know what the company does and where everyone is situated, including product or service knowledge, to understand who the key contacts are and where to direct inquiries_

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**

The key responsibilities associated with the role are outlined below.

Customer Support
- Serves customers by providing product and service information, handling and escalating complaints and resolving product and service problems.
- Rerouting customer calls to the right departments when advanced solutions are needed.

Front Desk
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitor have
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.

**Key Capability Requirements**:

- 1. Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors and other employees_
- 2. Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with upset customers_
- 3. Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive_

Qualification
- University/college degree is an asset
- Familiarity with phone systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,550.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
