Junior Legal Advisor

Assisting Directors in implementing the company’s visions, plans and strategies as a whole,
- Assisting Directors in negotiating terms, representing and advising the stakeholders,
- Assisting Directors in legal and advisory services relating to internal and external queries,
- Maintaining company’s legal documents and ensuring that the working practices are in accordance with its policies and regulations,
- Carrying out legal research in relation to legal issues arising from legal agreements/ documents and company’s business operations,
- Developing strategies to match and providing the quality of service that stakeholders require,
- Improving contract template related to the company’s operation from time to time according to the feedback and opinions of stakeholders, and
- Providing correct, honest and positive judgement at all times in the company’s best interests.
- Perform other duties assigned by the superior from time to time
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
