**Responsibilities**:

- Training, coaching, and leading sales representatives as they provide support for customers.
- Answering team member's questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues, diffusing angry customers, or handling issues that cannot be fielded by themselves
- Creating achievable sales goals that grow progressively larger over time.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Generating new business leads.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Minimum with 3 years or more in relevant experience
- Ability to lead the team.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
