Human Resources and Admin

1. Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions
3. Update and maintain employee personal information.
4. Review and monitor in matters related to staff attendance such as absence and punctuality.
5. Maintain effective filling system and HR records for easy retrieval purpose.
6. Assist of employee grievance matter.
7. Organize and coordinate admin activities, manage procurement of all office supplies of stationary, supplies equipment and furniture.
8. Prepare reports, memos, letters and others documents.
9. Manage the office security system and handle the staff access card with specific right, keep a good track record or time in/out report.
10. Any other related work will be informed by verbal and writing if any.
**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
HR Role: Payroll, managing and supporting employees through hiring, training, performance, and compliance.
Admin Role: Handling office logistics, facilities, records, and administrative tasks for smooth operations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
