Human Resource Executive

Conduct employee onboarding and off boarding.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Keeping a track of employees attendance and leaves taken.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assist with day to day operations of the Admin Fields & HR functions and duties.
- At least 3 year of human resource management experience preferred.
- Able to speak Mandarin(must) ,Malay & English.
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Ability to work independently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
