To conduct induction for new staff;
- Payroll preparation and reporting
- To assist General Manager task such as preparing monthly wages entry records and documentations;
- To monitor daily attendance of all staff;
- To record and submit report on staff leave and attendance;
- To act as the point of contact regarding government legistation issues, e.g.:
- Myeg, Immigration, Labor office, EPF, LHDN, Socso and etc;
- To handle site worker’s disciplinary matters
- To assist in renewal of employee and site worker’s permit or related documents for foreign workers
- Handle administrative tasks or adhoc task assigned by superior.
**Requirement**
- Qualification SPM /Diploma
- Good attitude and teamwork.
- Experience in administrative, payroll & handle foreign workers - 2years above
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
