Masai, Malaysia KLINIK PERGIGIAN DENTALWISE CARE Full time

Oversee all aspects of HR & Admin, including payroll, compensation, career development, performance management, training, personnel affairs policies, administration, etc
- Manage monthly payroll, HR daily operations, and mandatory government statutory submissions
- Conduct employee counseling, handle grievances and manage disciplinary matters
- Manage employee movements (promotions, transfers, terminations, hiring, etc)
- Assist to conduct staff welfare activities such as festive celebrations, annual dinners etc
- Maintain and update of employee personal information file, attendance, punctuality, absence, annual leaves, medical certificate, medical claims, etc
- Ensure all relevant daily HR operation are in compliance with company rules & regulations as well as government requirements.
- Any ad hoc tasks from management

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimun **1-3 years** of experience in HR & Admin field
- Well versed of the Employee Act 1955, EPF, SOCSO
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM4,321.68 per month
