**Responsibilities**:
Collaborating closely with the Chef de Cuisine to create captivating and innovative menus that cater to a wide range of tastes.

Overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintaining the utmost standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.

Leading and inspiring a team of culinary professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Demonstrating strong leadership skills during service, ensuring efficient execution of food preparation and upholding exceptional presentation standards.

**Requirements**:
**2-3 years experience as Sous Chef or similar role in all-day dining within a 5-star hotel**

**Showcasing unparalleled expertise in a wide array of Singaporean and global cuisines, crafting unforgettable and exquisite culinary creations.**

**Exemplary organisational and time management prowess, orchestrating seamless kitchen operations for the timely delivery of culinary masterpieces.**

**Salary**: 4000/month, +13 months salary
