**Job Description**:

- PRIORITY FOR THOSE WHO HAD EXPERIENCE WORKING UNDER HR DEPARTMENT (HANDLING AND MANAGING FOREIGN WORKER) with Driving License.
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
Process day to day Invoices, Receipts, Purchased Order,
CN, DB and Logistic arrangements, etc.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and
filing system.
Handle incoming phone calls and attend to walk in
guests
Assist on managing the maintenance and upkeep of
office facilities/stationary and pantry supplies
Liaise with dispatch on incoming/outgoing documents or
parcel
To carry out other ad-hoc duties or work as and when
require.
Perform all duties required to support the successful
running of an office and production.
Provide administration support to relevant department.
HR SUPPORT
Process Company projects payroll monthly.
Monitor employee leave, time attendance, and general
employee administrative matters
Process 4 different projects workers payroll monthly from
Time Card to calculations of hours manually and
preparing invoice.
Update and managing company expats yearly income
tax filing with auditor to ensure timing and accuracy are
met.
Prepare employment contract and ensure that all new
employees’ documents and records are file completely
and correctly.
Administer social security, provident fund, staff insurance,
and other general welfare for the employees.
Maintain well-organized employee personal records,
ensure that all updates are done as required.
Keep track and update staff leave records
Compile and verify staff monthly attendance
Updating and renewing expats and foreign workers
work permit in ESD and MYEG.
Updating, renewing and collecting local
staff/expats/foreign workers CIDB Card. Prepare

Support all internal and external expats and foreign
workers related inquiries or requests.
