**Responsibilities**:
- To assist Director in the day to day operation
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
- Organize and maintain good filing system
- To provide administrative & confidential secretarial support to the managing director
- To handle telephone enquiries and filter calls
- Ensure good working relationships is maintained with all departments
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent
- Proficient in MsOffice
- Fresh grades are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills
- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia and English
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
