**Roles & Responsibilities**:
There are **3 types of job nature for this position** and we will shortlist according to your strengths:

- **The first type of customer service position will be a fit for you if** you have a mindset of a purchaser, good at handling PO, sensitive to numbers and data as you will be handling and monitor the purchase order/maintain system
- Updating item information - price list
- Maintain and received item as per Delivery Order
- Analyse SKU spare parts and manages the online platform
- Liaise with 3rd party service providers on the product fulfilment
- **The second type of customer service role will be a fit for you if you** are good coordinating, planning and organizing. You will be arranging task / job / schedule for the technicians, be the middle person between customers and technicians
- Coordinate with customers on appointment scheduling
- Follow up, closed monitoring and timely update on installation status
- Handling after sales service enquiry through phone and having consumer centric mind-set
- **The third type of customer service job will be a fit for you if** you are a strong person as you may need to load and unload stocks from the transport, collect and arrange stocks, update system processes and having a basic knowledge in Excel would be an added advantage
- Monitor and in charge of the packing for spare parts delivery
- Arrange on reverse logistic, periodic maintenance and product relocation
- Support superior for KCS spare part planning using PSI system
- Preparing necessary documentation and reports generating requested by management
- Other tasks as assigned from time to time
