**Who are we?**

Established in 2017 **ArchPrint** has become the go-to printing center for most of the residents of Klang Valley that visited ArchPrint. Because of the fast and great printing quality that we provide with every order submitted to us.

We cater orders from Students to SME/Corporates businesses on a daily basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Knowledge**_ Gain a deep understanding of the company’s printing services, including digital printing, offset printing, large format printing, and specialty printing.
- **Attending Sales and Quotation**_Attending online and offline sales in store on a daily basis. Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for clients online and offline.
- **Order Processing **_Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Monitor the progress of print jobs to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
- **Sales Reporting**_ Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market insights.

**Skills**
- **Communication**_Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and negotiate deals.
- **Sales Expertise**_ Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- **Technical Understanding**_Basic understanding of printing processes and the ability to explain technical details to clients in simple terms _will be a plus point._
- **Organization **_Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and projects simultaneously with the attention to detail.
- **Adaptability**_Willingness to continuously learn and improve sales techniques.

**Education**:

- A diploma in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred but not always required.

Overall, a sales person in a printing company needs to be a proactive, customer-focused individual with a passion for driving sales and delivering high-quality printing solutions to clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
