_**Sales Executive - Online Sales Specialist**_

Sebagai **Sales Executive - Online Sales Specialist**, anda akan memainkan peranan penting dalam meningkatkan mutu jualan dalam talian kami dan pengiktirafan jenama. Anda akan bertanggungjawab untuk berinteraksi secara proaktif dengan bakal pelanggan melalui perbualan dalam talian dan berinteraksi di platform seperti Shopee dan TikTok untuk mempamerkan produk kami dan jana jualan.

Tugas & Tanggungjawab:

- **Jualan Dalam Talian**: Mendorong jualan dalam talian dengan berinteraksi secara aktif dengan pelanggan yang berpotensi melalui perbualan dalam talian, aplikasi Whatsapp, dan platform media sosial.
- **Penukaran Bakal Pelanggan**: Membina hubungan dengan bakal pelanggan dan membimbing mereka melalui proses jualan, memastikan pengalaman pelanggan yang lancar dan positif.
- **Pengetahuan Produk**: Mengembangkan pemahaman mendalam tentang produk kami dan ciri-ciri penjualan unik mereka untuk berkomunikasi dengan berkesan tentang nilai produk kepada pelanggan.
- **Penglibatan Pelanggan**: Membina dan mengekalkan hubungan pelanggan yang kukuh melalui komunikasi yang berkesan dan perkhidmatan yang cemerlang.
- **Sasaran Jualan**: Capai atau melebihi sasaran jualan bulanan dan suku tahun yang ditetapkan oleh syarikat.
- **Penyelidikan Pasaran**: Kekal terkini tentang trend pasaran, aktiviti pesaing, dan keutamaan pelanggan untuk membentuk strategi jualan yang berinformasi.
- **Maklum Balas dan Pelaporan**: Mengumpul maklum balas pelanggan dan melaporkan prestasi jualan serta interaksi pelanggan.

- Pengalaman terbukti dalam jualan dalam talian dan sesi langsung di platform seperti Shopee dan TikTok.
- Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang kuat.
- Mahir dalam menggunakan alat jualan dalam talian dan komunikasi.
- Mentaliti proaktif dan berfokus kepada pelanggan.
- Keupayaan untuk bekerja secara bebas dan dalam persekitaran jualan dalam talian yang bergerak pantas.
- Mahir dalam pengetahuan produk dan berminat dalam produk yang dijual.
- Berorientasikan jualan dengan rekod prestasi mencapai atau melebihi sasaran.
