Floor Manager

**Job Summary**:
The role will be responsible to supervising staff in all aspects of restaurant operations and service; ensure that orders are accurately prepared and delivered timely according to company standards. Ensure that guest checks are handled accurately, efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Principal Accountabilities**:
- To assist and supervise the operation of restaurant and ensure that service is prompt, professional and courteous, to the standard laid down by the Company.
- To ensure that waiters are always correctly and smartly dressed, that they offer professional and courteous service to their customers.
- Monitoring the quality, quantity and presentation of food & beverage served to customers.
- To ensure that hygiene standards comply with company and statutory requirements.
- Able to provide training and motivate employees in maintaining company standards.
- Delegating tasks to employees and making sure they are carried out accordingly.
- To ensure that all stocks and supplies are timeously requested, correct stock levels maintained and stored under optimum conditions.
**STAFFING**
- Report to Restaurant Manager if any cases of staff grievance.
- To report to Restaurant Manager any accident, theft, burglary or fire.
- To carry out or ensure that regular On-the-job Training is taking place to agreed standard.
- To attend training courses as required, such as HACCP courses (Kursus Pengendali Makanan, Awareness Training Program, Internal Audit Training) and others training courses as required.
**HYGIENE / SANITATION / UNIFORMS**
- To ensure that waiters are always correctly and smartly dressed, that they offer professional and courteous service to their customers.
- Ensuring that all staff adhere to the company’s uniform standards.
- To ensure that hygiene standards comply with company and statutory requirements.
- To be continually aware of, and maintain, the hygiene standards of personal hygiene and dress.
**FIRE SAFETY & SECURITY PROCEDURE**
- To take part in any fire or evacuation drills and ensure complete familiarization with all exits, including those normally used by customers, as well as fire escapes.
**OTHERS**
- Any other responsibilities that assigned by superior.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
