Job Description - KHIND R2O Business Enabler

1. Agent compensation and payout (primary) As the main PIC for KHIND Agent Compensation, the D2C R2O Business Enabler is expected to:

- Maintain the compensation structure’s design integrity.
- Calculate and execute all payouts to KHIND Agents with Finance in a timely manner.
- Calculate and execute KHIND Special Talent Search payouts in a timely manner.
- Generate Agent Commission Statement and communicate payouts to KHIND Agents.
- Maintain clear records for audit purposes.

2. Agent performance tracking (secondary) An important duty of the D2C R2O Business Enabler on a day-to-day basis is to provide sufficient visibility on the progress of R2O business from an agent-centric perspective, e.g. Active Ratio, Active Agents, daily sales strength, weekly recruitment strength, identify gaps that need intervention from an educational perspective or incentivization perspective, and maintain a daily Agency Performance Dashboard.

3. Agent promotion to higher rank (secondary) The D2C R2O Business Enabler is expected to keep a close watch on Agents who are on track to become Sales Managers, and Sales Managers who are on track to become Group Directors. Periodical duties include preemptive action to motivate the Agent/Leader’s promotion, and to make sure the KHIND Agent Compensation is applied correctly upon promotion to higher rank.

4. R2O Customer Engagement project (special project) The D2C R2O Business Enabler will play a key role in building a CRM for R2O customers. Stakeholder Management (between Marketing, KIQ, Ecommerce and R2O team), as well as Change Management skills are important to ensure we succeed to do this - fulfill our promise to provide lifetime value to our customers throughout their 36-month rent to own duration
