JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. To attend all private secretarial duties, administrative, confidential matters, and Managing Director’s personal matter.
2. To manage meeting schedules, correspondences, reports, call screening, filing, travel arrangements, handling private and confidential matters.
3. To take meeting minutes and help to prepare meeting materials and facilities. Follow-up and report to Personal Assistant/Managing Director on urgent matters.
4. Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management and staff.
5. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Pleasant personality, hardworking, work-commitment and ability to work independently
4. High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all time.
5. Computer literate - Microsoft Window, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
7. Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.
8. 5-days-week.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
