We are looking for immediate potential talents to join our fun and exciting Quality team, which will be based in Senai, Johor

**Kindly read the below description for the vacant position**:
**Job title**: Technical Support, Quality

**Job Location**: Senai, Johor

**Working hours**: 7.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (Overtime up to 2 hours daily & extended overtime is expected)

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Preferably Diploma graduate in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical & Mechatronics Engineering with CGPA 2.80 and above with minimum 1 year experience (Applicants from other science and technology courses are welcomed too)
- High passion for Process & Equipment engineering and willingness to learn
- Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills and a very good team player
- Able to work at a fast pace and have strong visual inspection skills
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Perform inspection on products across the two stages of production (in-process and final) to ensure quality levels are met
- Develop and maintain inspection reports
- Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency
- Duty to perform the cosmetic visual mechanical inspection on all produced products within the required duration.
- A quality inspector monitors the quality of in-process and outgoing products in production.
- Document inspection outcomes in the specified systems and daily performance records.
- Perform regular quality assessments on all spare orders and ship along parts for shipping.
- Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
- Read Customer and Internal cosmetic and workmanship specifications to understand the requirements of products.
- Follow the Inspection checklist during the inspection.
- Feedback and communication defects to the production supervisor to avoid similar defects from Technicians.
- Resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Reporting to Superior on any escalation and concerns.
