Responsible for the troubleshoot technical issues at project site, provide timely feedback and support the technical team among other duties.
- Provide technical support for ICT hardware and software. (PCs, Macs, Laptops & other devices)
- Configuring, implementing, testing, troubleshooting of ICT equipment.
- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates
- Recognize problems within systems by identifying uncharacteristic activity.
- To perform ad-hoc duties may be assigned by Management from time to time.
- Ability to work independently, but as part of a team toward common goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
- Required skill(s): Troubleshooting hardware, IT support (Windows and MAC).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Motivation to learn new skills and technologies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
