**Responsibilities**:
Overseas platform operations (directly reporting to the superior overseas operations manager)
Responsible for daily user operations, put forward effective optimization suggestions and implement them
Responsible for coordinating the work of technology, customer service, risk control and other departments to meet market and user demands.
Responsible for liaising with the marketing department to collect product and operational requirements and promote implementation
Responsible for daily operational data follow-up, regular reporting, and the ability to proactively identify problems and put forward effective suggestions for improvement
Responsible for following up on the iterative version acceptance of the product department and matching operational requirements
Responsible for implementing the tasks in the department's operational plan and effectively proposing solutions.

Qualification:
Education background
1. College degree or above; majors in finance or accounting are preferred;
2. Familiarity with finance, accounting, and data statistics is preferred.
3.Those in good health, over 25 years old, and able to work overtime will be given priority;
4. More than 2 years of work experience, strong learning ability, strong awareness of confidentiality, bilingual in Chinese and English.

1. Have a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and be practical and steady;
2. Have strong logical thinking ability, execution ability and pressure resistance;
3. Have team spirit and be able to accept a certain amount of overtime;
Professional knowledge requirements
1. Be familiar with financial related knowledge and have a certain understanding of stocks, futures, spots, foreign exchange, digital currency, etc.;
2. Be proficient in statistical analysis of data;
3. Be familiar with the risk control points of daily business review, give full play to the role of daily risk management, and be able to independently handle routine risk assessment and supervision.

Position Feature:
Work environment: company or home office
Working hours: 9:30-18:30 (overtime is often required, eight-hour work system, adjust time by yourself)
