We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Department Coordinator. The Department Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to department managers and team members, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing files.
- Coordinate departmental projects and initiatives, ensuring tasks are delegated appropriately and deadlines are met.
- Manage calendars and schedules for departmental activities, including meetings, appointments, and events, optimizing time and resources.
- Serve as a liaison between department members and communicating information effectively and resolving inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, tracking project progress, expenses, and other relevant information.
- Assist with budget planning and monitoring, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
